1. Learning purpose only

This website exists to help users learn how technical analysis works — how indicators such as RSI, MACD, moving averages, ATR, delivery percentage and volume are computed from publicly available market data, and how a rules-based screen behaves. It is a study aid and a data-visualisation tool.

It is not a tipping service, an advisory service, a portfolio management service, or a substitute for professional advice.

2. What the scores and signals actually are

Labels used on this site — including Score, High Conviction, Top Picks, Target, Stop Loss, Risk:Reward and portfolio signals such as HOLD, SELL or BOOK PROFIT — are the mechanical output of a fixed formula applied to historical price and volume data.

• They are not opinions on the merits of any company.
• They involve no research into a company's business, management, accounts, industry or valuation.
• A high score means only that a stock's recent price and volume history matched the arithmetic conditions the screen looks for. Nothing more.
• "Target" and "Stop Loss" are arithmetic levels derived from volatility (ATR) and recent support/resistance. They are illustrations of how such levels are calculated, not price forecasts and not advice to transact at those levels.

3. The portfolio is paper trading — no real money, ever

The portfolio section of this website is a paper-trading simulator. It exists so you can practise and see how the screen's rules would have behaved on a hypothetical book.

• No order is ever placed anywhere. The website is not connected to any broker for trading, is not a broker or sub-broker, and cannot transact.
• No money is handled. No funds, bank details, demat account or payment information are collected, held or moved.
• Everything you enter is a note you typed yourself. It has no effect on any real holding and does not reflect any actual position.
• The signals shown against a paper position — HOLD, SELL, BOOK PROFIT, TRAIL SL, CAUTION — describe what the fixed rule set says about a simulated entry. They are teaching output for the simulation, not instructions to you and not advice about any real trade.
• Simulated results are hypothetical. They carry no execution risk, no slippage, no brokerage, no taxes and no emotion, and therefore do not represent what real trading would produce.

4. No advice, no solicitation

Nothing on this website constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other kind of advice, and you should not treat any content as such. No content is a solicitation, offer or recommendation to buy or sell any security or to engage in any transaction or strategy.

6. Data - sources, delays and accuracy

Market data shown here is derived from publicly available sources, principally the official end-of-day bhavcopy published by the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and end-of-day candle data obtained through a broker API.

• Scan results are based on end-of-day settled data, and the session they belong to is displayed on the dashboard. They are not real-time and must not be relied on for intraday decisions.
• Any live price shown is indicative, may be delayed, and may be interrupted.
• While care is taken to use official settled figures, data may still be incomplete, delayed, interrupted or inaccurate. Errors in third-party feeds are outside the operator's control.
• Where a figure has not been published by the exchange, it is shown as blank rather than estimated. Do not read a blank as a zero.
• Always verify any figure against the exchange or your broker before acting on it.

7. No liability

The website and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator, its owners and its contributors shall not be liable for any loss or damage — including trading losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss — arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or anything on it.
